Description
This retro-fitted combustion air vent is designed to supply ventilation for boilers, stoves, and open fires, ensuring safe and efficient appliance operation. It delivers over 100 cm of equivalent ventilation area, meeting airflow requirements with ease.
A weather-resistant external cowl protects against harsh conditions and helps prevent strong air blasts through the cavity. Inside, a unique draught-reducing panel disperses incoming air evenly to enhance comfort and reduce cold spots.
For a discreet finish, the internal panel can be painted or wallpapered to blend seamlessly with any room dcor. An integrated external water baffle prevents moisture transfer across the cavity, maintaining the integrity of the internal space.
Both the external cowl and grille are UV-stabilised to resist fading and degradation from sunlight. This vent is HETAS approved, making it suitable for use with solid fuel appliances.
